Valerie Coatham - Bernina longarm private class
Valerie Coatham - Bernina longarm private class is designed to help you feel confident on a longarm from the very start. You’ll learn how to properly load a quilt on the frame, set up the machine, and understand the basic controls and settings.
The duration of the class is 3 hours and once the fee is paid, scheduled directly between the instructor and a student for most convenient time.
The lesson covers the fundamentals of free-motion longarming as well as an introduction to computerized longarm quilting. You’ll have hands-on time to practice on both the Bernina Q24 and the Bernina Q16 Plus, and you’ll be able to see and compare different frame styles.
This class is ideal if you’re thinking about purchasing a longarm, or if you already own one and want a clear, supported start. Instruction is paced to you, with plenty of time for questions and real practice.
We want your class experience to be fun and stress-free. Here are a few things to know before you sign up:
- We need at least 4 students for a class to run. If we don’t reach that number, we’ll reschedule and make sure you get a spot in the next session.
- Safety comes first. If the weather is unsafe, we’ll reschedule and keep you updated by email or phone.
Refund Policy
Due to class structure and teacher commitments, refunds are only available if your spot is filled. You are welcome to find someone to take your place or gift your registration. Purchasing a spot confirms agreement with this policy.
