Refund policy

Sale and Discounted Items: All purchases of sale and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility for Regular-Priced Items:

  • Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Returns on regular-priced items are eligible for store credit only.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and must be in new, unused condition.
  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee to return items.
  • Inspection: Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in new, unused condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: There will be no store credit issued for cut fabric, quilt kits, thread, patterns, or books. These items are final sale.

Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we will address the issue promptly.

Online Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@artisticquiltswithcolors.com with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return.

  2. Receive Approval: If the item meets our return guidelines, we will send you a return shipping label.

  3. Package Safely: Securely package the items to prevent further damage and return them using the provided label.

  4. Processing: Once we receive the package, we will ship the replacement item or issue a store credit.

  5. Condition: If the item is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we will not issue a store credit.

Order Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel your order, a store credit will be provided for future use. Please note that cash refunds will not be offered.
