Heat N Bond High Loft Fusible Fleece 45" BY HALF YARD is a padded interfacing used to create structure, support and form. Needle-punched fleece is commonly used as a lining for quilts, perfect for adding softness to the back of quilts and ideal for designing larger blocks.
