The kit includes all the fabric to finish the quilt top and binding. In addition you will need Sassafras Lane Designs - Empire Place Pattern (not included in the kit)
The BOM option includes Sassafras Lane Designs - Empire Place Pattern, as well as Sassafras Lane Designs - Empire Place Foundation Papers in the first installment. The BOM is a 12-months installment and includes monthly in-person Empire Place meetings.
Kit doesn't include, but we recommend 6 meters of backing fabric.
