We want your class experience to be fun and stress-free. Here are a few things to know before you sign up:
- We need at least 4 students for a class to run. If we don’t reach that number, we’ll reschedule and make sure you get a spot in the next session.
- Class fees are non-refundable, but life happens! If you can’t make it, we’ll gladly move you into a future class of the same type (as long as there’s room).
- If you miss class without letting us know, we won’t be able to offer a refund or reschedule.
- Safety comes first. If the weather is unsafe, we’ll reschedule and keep you updated by email or phone.

Without a kit, you will need:
- 1 1⁄2 yards of exterior fabric
- 1 1⁄2 yards of lining fabric
- 1 1⁄4 yards of coordinating fabric for handles, straps, tabs, bindings, stabilizer
sleeve - 1⁄2 yard Mesh or fabric for inside pocket
- 1 1⁄2 yards ByAnnie Soft and Stable
- Two 30” double sided zippers or 58” zippers by the yard with 4 pulls
Check out ByAnnie zippers here - 1/8 yard fusible interfacing (Pellon Shapeflex SF101 or BYANNIE - Fusible Interfacing - 20" wide)
- 5 yards 1 1⁄2” polypro strapping
- 1⁄2 yard fold over elastic

Hardware
o Two 1 1⁄2” triangle rings
o Two 1 1⁄2“ swivel hooks
o One 1 1⁄2” wide mouth slider
• Optional bag feet or buttons - - Polyester thread to match both exterior and lining fabrics as well as thread to match zipper tape. Glide thread is a great option.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING CLASS POLICIES:
- Minimum Enrollment: Each class requires a minimum of 2 students. If this minimum isn’t met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You will be notified in advance.
- No Refunds: Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to the next scheduled class of the same kind.
- No-Shows: If you don’t show up and haven’t contacted us before the class to reschedule a class, your fee is forfeited.
- Dangerous Weather: In the event of severe weather (such as a snowstorm or ice), we may postpone the class for safety reasons. You will be notified as early as possible, and a new class date will be arranged.
