We want your class experience to be fun and stress-free. Here are a few things to know before you sign up:
- We need at least 4 students for a class to run. If we don’t reach that number, we’ll reschedule and make sure you get a spot in the next session.
- Class fees are non-refundable, but life happens! If you can’t make it, we’ll gladly move you into a future class of the same type (as long as there’s room).
- If you miss class without letting us know, we won’t be able to offer a refund or reschedule.
- Safety comes first. If the weather is unsafe, we’ll reschedule and keep you updated by email or phone.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING CLASS POLICIES:
- Minimum Enrollment: Each class requires a minimum of 3 students. If this minimum isn’t met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class. You will be notified in advance.
- No Refunds: Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to the next scheduled class of the same kind.
- No-Shows: If you don’t show up and haven’t contacted us before the class to reschedule a class, your fee is forfeited.
- Dangerous Weather: In the event of severe weather (such as a snowstorm or ice), we may postpone the class for safety reasons. You will be notified as early as possible, and a new class date will be arranged.
