ROBIN RUTH DESIGNS - HARLEQUIN HALLOWEEN PATTERN makes 50”x57” quilt made using the Regions Beyond fabric line designed by Tim Holtz for FreeSpirit Fabrics. Construction features two strip pieced Fat Robin Compass blocks layered on top of each other and set off with ruffles. Inspired by vintage crepe paper Halloween decorations.
