Just started with a Beginners Quilting Class. One lesson in, and I'm really excited about this new hobby. I'm recently widowed and was looking for something to fill my days and also add to ny creative skill set. I think I have found it. Everyone has been very encouraging and educational on why things are done/picked a certain way. The process is fascinating and I can't wait to learn more.

I have now made this quilt three times for baby gifts. I made two at a time the second go round. I managed to use my Cricut and some cutting boards from the Dollar Store to make templates, which made the cutting go much quicker. The hardest part is the cutting, but once that is done it goes together quickly and is a stunning quilt when finished. It is now my go to for baby gifts!
