Sue Penn wanted to design a collection that would make you smile and brighten your day, so she designed Happy Blooms! She created huge flowers for the main pattern, Blooms, and put them on a black background so they would pop visually and stand out in a quilt. The coordinating patterns are reminiscent of the bright colors at a carnival or a fair. The tone on tone pulls out the colors in all of the patterns and ties the collection together.
