• 5 yards of tear away stabilizer
• Use the following types of thread:
  - 50 weight cotton thread for piecing
  - 40 or 50 weight cotton or polyester thread for decorative stitches and
  for blanket stitch applique (we recommend Glide thread)
• Mechanical Pencil or Marking Pencil
• 62" (1.57m) Square batting
• Karen Buckley Scissors
• Rotary Cutter
• QUILTERS SELECT - NON-SLIP RULER 8.5" X 24" or any other Acrylic Quilters Ruler 81⁄2" x 14" (at least), with 45 degree markings
