Sue Penn decided to create huge flowers for the main pattern, Blooms, ands put them on a black background so they would really pop visually and stand out in a quilt,. The coordinating patterns remind Sue of the bright colors at a carnival or a fair. The tone on tones are designed to pull out the colors in all of the patterns and tie the collection together.
